It;'s not over!

My... what a mess my blog is. Stil trying to find out the most suitable layout for this one. See... I'm planning on making this blog purely about stuff I have and want. I intend to move all the money making thingys to another blog to make it more focused. So this blogging disaster you're seeing now... it's not over, not yet.

BLOG MAKEOVER

All right! I've been going over this blog and I think it can't get any more unorganized and disastrous as it is now. So I'm going to do a blog makeover. I thought I'd get a little fancy and try to learn all about HTML configurations, learned pretty well if I can say so myself.. but to my surprise, blogger is now using XML. Gosh, how technology changes so quickly. Can't a girl get a break?

Anyway... with that being so, I guess I'll have to do what I can with the standard blogger template. Wish me luck.

INCOMEBUX NO SHOW!!

It's been well over a month since I requested payout and I haven't received my payment from incomebux. They said payout would take 3 weeks. I sent them a ticket last week and, of course, no reply. What's more, they decided to erase my pending request from the history list!! This is nuts!! This site is nuts!! I won't even bother asking them why, I'll never click there again!!

For all of you out there, I wouldn't recommend joining incomebux. They are definitely scammers! STAY AWAY FROM INCOMEBUX.

Headshots do matter

Pictures can say a thousand words, and so can a headshot. Sometimes people underestimate the value of a good headshot, they don't understand how big an impression one can get just by looking at one. Depending on what it's used for, a professionally headshot can really make all the difference. For an executive, a good headshot can show clients what you look like but a great headshot can show the clients who you are. For a performer, a good headshot can get the attention of a director but a great headshot can get the performer into the room.

If you're looking for a photographer in Dallas that can give you all that, Mark Oristano might be the one you're looking for. As a former performer himself (from 30 years of being a sportscaster), he can understand just what a performer needs for a great headshot to add into their portfolio. During his years in photography he has worked with Also, getting the kicks of his Dallas photography career from documenting his daughters dress rehearsal, you can rest assure that he knows the meaning of a picture and takes them with heart.

Most people find it difficult to relax and pose in front of a camera making it hard to get good shots. A good professional photographer will know how to get you to relax in front of the camera and evoke the best poses and looks out of you, will provide suggestions, and knows how to accentuate your positive features and traits through the lens.

Aiming to give the best photography services with great value, this Dallas photographer will make sure that you get everything that you've paid for, plus a little bit more. He will even make a money-back guarantee if he can't make it right.

Get Paid To Post

I just signed up for a new and really nice paid to blog/write program called getpaidtopost. Unlike similar paid to post programs, I had no trouble registering with this site. It was almost instant.

Other things I like about this program is:

- You don't have to have a blog to be able to participate, but it can really help out to have one.
- Being a non-US, Canada, UK - resident, there are a lot of campaigns I qualify for if compared to other similar programs. I really recommend this for international people.

You can get paid from $0.20 - $100 per post and the payout is $100 through PayPal. So what are you waiting for? Sign up and get paid to post!

URL zoom - Shorten long URLs

Don't you hate it when you have to put up a really long and ugly url link in your post? It's just not pretty, not to mention a waste of space and character.

I just stumbled upon a really cool link shortener site that can shorten your link for free, with a bit of a twist! Not only can you shorten and hide your affiliate link, but you can also track how many clicks your link has received and where they are coming from. If your doing some online marketing and/or promotion, that will surely come in handy. And it's all for free!! All you have to do is JOIN.

If you don't want to join them or if you just want to shorten your link without the extra tracking feature, just go to their site to get your Short URL Links without having to sign up or log in. Pretty simple, eh?

Another nice surprise!

So, after I confirmed my surprise payment from HTMail, I thought of other GPT sites I've been neglecting and almost forgotten. One particular PTR site gave me another surprise, taketheinternetback. As a GPT newbie, I wasn't too excited about this site when I first signed up because it wasn't too popular and it had a different system compared to the common PTC sites and well-known. It doesn't reward you with cash, not directly. This is a point based PTR which gives you points for each email you read. These points represent shares, and your earnings depends on how much shares you have and how much revenue the site received. For me to get that much with so little points, I'd say the revenue was quite a lot.

What got me to sign up for this in the first place? The free e-book downloads they have for members. Don't know if they still have them, though.

Well, if you're interested then feel free to sign-up here.

A little surprise from HTMail

Got a little surprise today when I opened my gmail. There was a notification from HTMail saying that they have paid 5 cents to my PayPal account. I'm like, what?? I know the minimum payout was $15 and 5 cents was all I had. Turns out that they were having a cleansing so they paid all the members their outstanding earnings no matter how much it is. Yet, another unexpected payment from an unexpected site for me.

PAID TO GOOGLE AT LAST!!

mysearchfunds finally took it up a notch and added Yahoo, Live, MSN and GOOGLE as their search engines (aside from their initial ask.com and lycos). THIS IS GREAT!! At first I had a bit of a trouble searching with ask.com coz it's not as comprehensive as google. But now there is absolutely NO EXCUSE to not sign up for mysearchfunds.

Now I can say loud and proud that I AM BEING PAID TO GOOGLE!! Are you? If you're not, then SIGN UP HERE and join the club.

Go green with soy bean... candles!

With all the fuss about global warming these days, it's important for us to be more aware of what effects our environment. Even the littlest things matter.

Take candles for example. It's probably one of the most used item in the whole world. From whatever part of the world you live in, people use candles. But do you know what candle wax is made of? Paraffin. Do you know where paraffin comes from? Petroleum. And do you know what petroleum emits when burned? The notorious carbon monoxide. Yup.. killer stuff that. Apart from that, petroleum is a non-regenerable (is that even a word?) resource. Which means, if we use too much of it we will eventually use it all up and and as a matter of an inevitable coincidence, petroleum is the most used up resource in the world. Why.. there's even a war going on to fight over it.

So.. I would like to take this time to get all of you to go green. Let's reduce that green-house effect and eliminate global warming. Scientists have made numerous inventions with considerations to the environment with the funds from millionaire tycoons. Why can't we? Okay.. so maybe we're not all geniuses and millionaires that can make drastic measures, but that doesn't mean we can't do anything at all. Start with the little things... THE CANDLES.

Candles are used world-wide. Billions use them. So wouldn't it be reasonable to say that a candle can effect billions of people all over the world? So let's start from that.

Did you know that there is such a thing as biofuel? it's fuel, like petroleum, that is made from regenerable resources (that means we can generate more if we run out of it) such as plants. A popular biofuel candle is soy based candle. Said to be the hottest thing in the US of A right now. And by hot I don't mean flammable hot, but SOLD-OUT-IN-STORES HOT. Not only are they environmental friendly, but they last longer than ordinary wax candles and are more efficient. When they burn out they don't leave left-over wax. It's a good deal really. By using soy bean candles you can participate in saving the world. If you SELL them as well you can save the world AND get some benefits out of it.

If you're eager to help save the world, or get some benefits, or maybe both, it's not that hard to do, especially if you're at the US of A. A lot of people are already starting. One place I know of that can help you start is Ranch House Candles Consultant. Check out their site to get more on the info.

Now.. if only there was one in my country....

Buying Agent for Indonesia

As a modern individual who is destined to live in a third world country sometimes I find it frustrating when I'm not able to reap the benefits of modern technology, effectively that is. There are so many items that aren't available here in my country.. or maybe it is available but but so hard to find and can only be acquired at an excruciating price. It may not be bothering for people who are not too aware of the ever changing world of technology, but I myself am a person who constantly seeks and craves for new development.. and I am also a shopaholic.

I see so many wonderful products out there in the foreign market that's actually only a click away (thanks for the brilliance of online shopping), but then get heart broken by the territorial restrictions from each site. It's frustrating. And I'm sure there are other fellow country citizens that have the same problem. Equally frustrated.

But fear not fellow Indonesians!! I have found the perfect solution!! There is in fact a buying agent (not a selling agent) for Indonesians. Apparently they can and will buy our desired products for us, with a certain fee of course, through connections they have set up for such purpose and send that item to us by a domestic courier (optional). The concept is brilliant I tell you. Shopping for products at best buy, walmart, barnes and noble, is no longer impossible. They can even help us buy items from ebay sellers that won't ship to Indonesia. Isn't that great?

Well, I can't say how effective the site is because I haven't tried using their service. But I am eager to find out. And I say again.. the concept is brilliant!

If you'd like to know more about this site, click here.

probux

2 cents per click for free members and 3 cents for upgraded members. They currently have only about 600+ members. Okay.. this new site may probably be a scam what with the high pay, but I figured there's no harm in trying. It's not like I have to pay or give up my personal info or anything like that. Payout is at $10 via PayPal which is said to take 7 business days to process. They have 10+ ads, but I've only logged in once.

If anybody's interested please sign up here.

UPDATE: I HAVE DONE SOME CHECKING AND THIS SITE IS CONFIRMED AS A SCAM (DUH...). DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE!!

The Web 2.0

This here company has something to do with developing a web 2.0 (the second generation internet that makes facebook, myspace and blogging possible). Apprently, they say that not all programs are compatible with web 2.0, and I'm thinking that's what they're trying to accomplish. Don't really understand. Anyway... I don't care coz the company is offering shares and a US$1,000,000 (one million dollars) under-contract pay by signing up and referring people, and sign up is completely FREE. No string attached. I've read their contract and it looks pretty much liable... but what do I know? You should read it yourself if you're interested. You might understand it better than I do. I'm really hoping someone is willing to take the risk (which I don't think there really is any) and be my referral.

Please sign up here.

Oh yeah.. you have to have at least 2 referrals before 1st July to be eligible for the 1 million. So pleeeeeaaaasssee any body SIGN UP! IT'S FREE!!

bux1.net

Just the usual 1 cent per click, 1 cent per referral click. 1.25 cents for premium members. Got 8 ads in my first session.. and there's that 5 cent sign up bonus. Payout is at $10 through Alertpay.

GreatBux

Okay.. I just signed up for this site because I saw it had TONNES of ads. 37 to be precise, each worth 1cent. So I signed up, went to the incentive page and what do I get? 3 ads only!! Apparently those other 34 ads are for upgraded members of which I can get by paying $4.99. Not a bad deal actually, very tempting.. but I'm just not up to paying a PTC site while I haven't been paid a single cent by any PTC site whatsoever, especially when it's still new. But those of you who are willing should give it a try. And please let me know if they actually pay you :)

PaidClicks

With all the commotion about PaidClicks being a "hot site" I was expecting something better. The pays are varied (there are 3 types as far as I can tell) depending on how long the counter goes. Ads aren't that many, design is a bit vintage, can't say anything about the payout as I've never been able to request yet. I've done 87 clicks to this date, got no referrals and I only earned a bit over 30cents. Maybe it's because I'm an international member?

CashLinkz

CashLinkz offers a 1.25/1.50cents for each ad click, 1/1.25cents for each referral click and $10 payout (for standard members). Although their paying rate is higher than average, unfortunately they decided not to put any "icing on top" for the members by putting in more ads... The outcome? So so. They also claimed to have moved to a better webhost, but I find that this site is still a bit slow if compared to others. Nothing I've seen that made me jump up and down.

DailyClicks

1cent per click and 1cent per referral click, $10 payout. A lot of ads, plenty of earnings :)

ClickPay

This is uuuhh.. well, uhmm... can't say much about this site. They have a nice design and a relatively low payout ($5) but that's it. Oh yeah, they have this treasure hunt game going on but I have never been able to participate coz all of their "technical problems".

1cent per click if you're a premium member. If you're a free member it's only 0.5cents and the ads are so very little. I wouldn't recommend this site, not if it keeps going the way it is. This is actually one of the sites I'm planning to ditch.

bux.to

1cent per click, 100% referral earnings and $10 minimum payout by Alertpay.

At first I wasn't really sure about this site. So many people claiming that it's a scam. But then I also see quite a few saying that this site is the bet of its kind. I tried it out anyway, and so far it has been one of my top earnings site because they have quite a few ads. Although I've never been paid before, but more and more people are saying that this site is legit and one of the best paying PTC sites out there so I'm optimistic about this site and look forward to getting paid.

Xclix

This site is a 1cent per click and 50% referral earning, previously had a $5 payout, but now they "upgraded" (funny use of word) it to $10. That sucked.. well it sucked for me. But anyway, they seem to have increased the number of ads lately. They should if they had to "upgrade" the minimum payout!! So, I'm still seeing how this goes.

financialfreedomads

The new revolution in PTC has arrived!

This is an all new and revolutionary PTC site that has great layout, different from any other, which I joined on 18 March 2008. You can choose which one of their skin themes you want to use. They have enough ads and it seems they're increasing day by day. Haven't been paid by them yet, but it looks promising. So, we'll just wait and see.

Payflick

Payflick - get paid easily for clicking!

I joined this site on 12 March 2008. The layout is different from any other PTC sites. To be honest, I was going to ditch this site at first, because there was almost nothing to do. Ads were minimum. But just now, I received an email saying that they are going to give me a redemption bonus to compensate for their previous "down time". I don't really get it cause when I redeemed with the code they sent me they said I got over 60cents worth of redemption but when I looked at my stats nothing changed. Maybe it's those credible cash kind? Don't know. Anyway, I appreciate their offer and thought I'd give them another chance.

For advertisers, I'd say advertising in this site is a pretty good deal. You know how in a PTC site the counter goes off before the site is done loading and then eventually the time runs out before the clicker can even see anything? That doesn't happen here. I've noticed that the timer goes off only after the site is done loading. So, the ads are sure to be seen. And I also like how they set it up like so that we have the option to bookmark or open the site without a counter.

Payflick - ads at only US$ 1.57 per 100 unique clicks

Mysearchfunds, get paid to browse

I got this link from a Mylot friend and I have to say this looks promising. All you have to do is set your computer to their homepage and browse like usual. It's like using google only it's not google. You can even use your mobile phone. Just follow the steps in their site once you sign up.

I don't know if there is an exact amount paid for each browse, but so far I've done 29 browses and got £0.36 (oh yeah, this is a UK site so they pay you in Pounds). There's suppose to be a limit of how many browses you can do in one day, I think it's 20. Payout is at £10.00. International members are welcome.

Bail Sites

1. Sailingmails.com

My email was flooded with admails but I couldn't even reach 1 cent after all the long and serious clicking I've done. It may be a paying site (dunno for sure), but this is truly a waste of time. One thing I know about sites that also offers points besides cash... 1 is enough.

These are the sites that I will (potentially) bail, mainly because it's so hard and outrageously timely to even reach a penny, a waste of time:

1. Hits4pay.com
2. worldwide-cash.net
3. jillssclickcorner
4. view4bucks
5. view4pay

If anyone can tell me any reason(s) I shouldn't bail them, then please do email me or give me a shout.

The real Michael Jackson murdered??

Corpse of the real Michael Jackson found inches below a miniature railway track. Assumed it has been there for 18-20 years.

Could this be?? That the WHOLE WORLD has been DUPED?! OH MY GOD!! This could be the biggest mystery ever!!

It's horrifying that a person (or should I say phsyco) is out there pretending to be somebody else that is well known all over the world and nobody noticed this all these years.

No wonder he's changed so drastically. No wonder he's been acting so weird and freakish. No wonder he'd suddenly decide to wear 2 gloves when he only usually wears 1. No wonder I've never seen him with Janet Jackson or any other of his siblings. No wonder he's become sooooo white (I'm no dermatologist expert, but I've always find it hard to believe that a black man could turn that white however advanced technology is).

There are a lot of things that support this shocking news to be the truth, but the one thing that's questionable is that the source is from The Onion. If this news is confirmed by CNN, then I'm convinced.

I've (almost) been duped!!

"Too good to be true"

Heard that phrase before? I think that's the case of GPTs. The more you seem you can gain, the more it is likely to be a scam. You can easily determine a scam just by using basic mathematics. How much do they charge for ads and how much do they pay you for each ad you read? If you're still not convinced, just browse around for info. It's simple really.

Unfortunately I'm a bit stubborn. Although I'm consciously aware when there is something "a bit off" from a site, my curiosity tends to get the better of me. I always have this urge to see things with my own eyes or experience it myself in order to convince myself. So I sign in anyway, do what I have to do, and still question my actions of doing so. One ma

If you've seen my list of PTCs, you might see a number of scam sites. That's cause I haven't convinced myself :)

Well, here's a list of the sites I have joined and am now convinced are scams:

1. www.500cents-500dollars.biz
2. www.247payouts.com

Shame on me...

I've also heard about velocityclicks being a scam. I loved that site... I've seen a number of people claiming that they've been recently paid, so I think I'll hang on to this one a bit longer.

My blogging attempts

I've attempted to make soooo many blogs I can't even remember their names and URLs.

I remember my first blog as an attempt to "indirectly" tell a certain someone that I still loved him, even though reading blogs is something he will unlikely do (I feel like a pathetic loser every time I remember this), but I'd like to let whomever is reading this know that I'm totally over him. After that, my motives changed slightly from "desperate cry out for love" to "desperate cry out for attention" (oh God... I can't believe I was ever like that... so so so pathetic). Anyway... I think figured out why my blogs never lasted.

Basically, I'm a person who loves to write. I feel like I'm better at communicating in writing than verbally. When I speak I tend to speak real slow coz I think too carefully of what I'm going to say. and when I try to speed up my speech I stutter a bit. Birth defect? Don't know, don't care, people who know me understands. Now... from all the attempts I made in making a blog, I tried too hard to make an "attractive blog" that would appeal to other people and what I come up with is stuff that I don't really understand but try to present anyway. When what I should have done (and what I'm trying to do now) is to make a blog that I can personally relate to. And being the kind of multi-interest person that I am, I'm going to focus not on my interests... but just simply what's on my mind. Because I realize that I tend to make impressive statements the best when I'm not thinking too much of it. I'm also not going to care whether this blog is read by other people or not. The important thing is that I keep on writing and getting things out of my head.

Now, I try not to make this blog too typical, but I can't help posting about PTCs right now. I mean... who doesn't like money? Or at least, who doesn't need money? So. sorry if there are some typical contents in this blog... but i assure you it's not going to be my focus. In fact, I don't think there is going to be a focused topic in here.

Nonetheless, I could always use a helpful suggestion. Your criticism is always welcomed.

So... enjoy this... or not.

The game buff couples

I love my hubby... he may not be physically attractive but to me he's quite the charming guy. So what if he's a bit over weight? Sometimes I see him as a cuddley teddy bear, hahahaha...

One of the things I love about hubby is that he's such a game nerd, just like me. No... actually he's a game fanatic. We have every game console there is to have except for the Nintendo Wii (only console I know with increasing sales price)), nonetheless we are trying to save to buy one of those notorious wiis.

At home we have the Xbox 360, PS3 (hubby's saving up to get an MGS4 special edition. I honestly don't know what's so good about it. That snake character isn't the least bit attractive to me. I think it would be a waste, financially and esthetically), Nintendo DS Lite and PSP (planning on getting one of those slim ones). Now... what we don't have is the super big hi-def flat screen LCD TVs (we're currently using a 21" LG wide LCD computer screen). Hubby's drooling over a Sony Bravia X series (42"), but it's way out of our budget (at the time being, you never know) so looks like we're gonna settle for a Samsung. I'm still playing with our PS2, though. I'm letting hubby hog the new consoles coz he's been working so hard :)

The thing is... he never keeps track of time when he's playing with those "boy toys" of his. He's willing to sacrifice sleep just to be able to have the time to play and eventually I will be the one who will have a really really hard time waking him up in the morning. But then again... I can relate to that :)

New PTC

I just joined a new PTC that hasn't been launched (launching is on 15 March 2008). This is a first time for me, usually I join PTCs that are already well known. Anyway... they still have that pre-launch bonus (10 cents) and there are only 500 members. Then I checked there ads, there were plenty. So I signed up. Got 27 cents straightaway. Then it occurred to me that I didn't know how much the minimum payout is, so I checked... and to my surprise, THERE IS NO MINIMUM PAYOUT!! So I could've just signed up and cash out the 10 cents bonus right after!

As you know I've joined a lot of PTCs but I haven't had the chance to cash out any of them yet. So I immediately requested payment for my 27 cents, and guess what? they said it's gonna take 30 days to process and verify my account, heh!! But if they do pay.. this will be my first. We'll just wait and see.

anyway... for those of you who'd like to join here is the link: Buxplus

Okay... I happened to stumble upon this site, and what caught me was the "get 20 cents daily" notice. So I got curious and checked out their ads. My mouth was literally gawking when I saw that there were 129 links to click, all worth 0.25-1 cents (mostly 1 cent). I signed up right away, clicked all the ads and gained 59 cents in an instant! I wonder if it'll be like that every day. I'm definitely hoping it :)

Want to give it a try? Just click here.

I love MyLot

I looooovvee posting and participating in discussion in mylot. I'm particularly happy today because i got the chance to give a really "deep" comment on a very "deep" subject and someone agreed with me. Also... My earnings has increased to more than 1 dollar. And I've only posted a little over 50. Yaaaay!!

Note to self: earnings list

I've joined so many earnings site lately i've lost track. So, i decided to post a list of the sites i've joined here just to remind myself, it beats having to search through my email for welcome messages. I also thought that this would be a good way to manage my "clicking schedule" :)and i'll also put in the date i joined and how much i've earned to this date from each site so i can see which sites i should stick to and which sites i should ditch (i'll have to keep this post updated everyday).

okay, note to self:

Babbling...

It's been a few days since my last post (well, technically it's not a post, it's just an update to an existing post). So, to avoid yet another failure in attempting to have an active blog i'm just going to post whatever it is on my mind whenever i have the time. If i wait for an inspiration to post a "worthy content" i may not post forever :)

so here is what i've been thinking of:

1. wondering when will i get my raise.

2. wondering if me and my husband is going to be able to buy that piece of land we saw last week. it's in a new residential complex here in jakarta and it's not too "suburb". i feil in love with the neighborhood the moment i first laid eyes on it... word is they're gonna increase the price within a few days.. oooohh... PLEASE GOD HELP US GET THE MONEY!!

3. wondering if i'll be lucky enough to win a jackpot or get an unexpected heir or something so i can buy that piece of land.

4. thinking of an interesting topic to post on mylot.

5. thinking of any other income opportunities i can do besides PTCs.

6. thinking of getting a haircut.

well... i can go on forever but i think i'll save some for later. oh yeah.. i'm also thinking of posting about the night i went to watch the Java Jazz Festival 2008. Renee Olstead was a BOMB. She has the most amazing talent for her age. I love her :)
